1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Outfit Lab website (outfitlabmens.com), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products & Pricing

  • All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product per order or per customer.
  • In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment or COD acceptance.
  • We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • A ₹30 handling fee applies to all COD orders.
  • Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, courier delays, etc.).
  • We currently deliver only within India.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
  • Items purchased during sale or with discount coupons are not eligible for return unless defective.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at support@outfitlabmens.com with your order ID.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

6. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, images, text, and designs — is the property of Outfit Lab and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Outfit Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
